Bought turntable had delivery issues took 45 days to get it FINALLY. Product nice ... competitor no longer had product in stock... reluctantly ordered another one for another Birthday. It arrived right on time this time...DID NOT WORK Customer service was so clueless last time I am not looking forward to dealing with them again. I hope I can just process this as a simple refund since Birthday is passed and can just get my money back ... LESS ALL THE SHIPPING 2 WAYS AND GOD KNOWS WHAT OTHER INCONVENIENCES IT WILL COST ME. Hopefully I can just do this all on line and FINALLY FINALLY be on my way to never working with them again.
