we ordered a salon nail express kit last week,,on the 2ne of Feb,but,, we are still waiting and no product is shipped to us, I receivedd a fake e-mail with an order number,,but there is no way on earth to get in touch with the customer sevice,,because when I called the 1-877.... number ,,it does not prompt tyou to anything ,, it only says to go to the web site for faster servicce??!!!(Huh??) and when you go to the web site same thing,,it does not recognize the order number,,no other number is listed to get in touch with customer sevice,,,,the help e-mail address is also fake,,when you click on it,,, it give you an erroer,, what a rip off!
