Salon Express Nail Kit

I ordered the Salon Express for my 9 year old daughter, for us to be able to spend quality time together at home. She was so excited, and waited for days for it to be delivered. Well, days turned into weeks, and as of yet, we have still not received it. I have called several times, and I get an automated voice every time. I have emailed, and called, and I am seriously getting pissed. I called again today, and was told their customer service was down, and to call back in two hours. All I want to do is cancel my order!!! If I have to go through this much headache over a nail kit, I can only imagine the product itself is garbage. Do NOT order this!!!
