sales payment never reached my bank account – customer service is totally absent

Dear users, This message to warn you about selling event tickets on Ticketbis. This is probably the 7th attempt to solve the problem I am facing with Ticketbis since November 17th. I have never received the last two payments related to sales on Ticketbis which are : First payment : - Date : November 17th 2017 - Amount : 990 EUR Reference numbers : 3W1F8N2Y7I45 and 3H1T8D2Y7M57 and 3Q3X06866332 Second payment : - Date : 30 December 2017 - Amount : 204 EUR Reference numbers : 3O752A8Q2A08 As mentioned, the payment never reached my account. It is probably due to the impossibility to add the BIC number on the payment section. Again, my bank details are : Account holder : Laruelle Alexandre IBAN : DE48100110012629447596 BIC : NTSBDEB1XXX As I have been patient enough and I have never received any feedback/update from your Finance department, I am escalating this to complaintsboard.com and will contact my lawyer to solve this problem if necessary.
