Called in for two different parts on a car I was working on. When I arrived the "gentleman" that took my phone call had neither part and provided some lame excuse as to why. Time waster. Bottom line he wasn't trained on the computer, second associate laughed at him behind his back. I left abruptly and he came outside and waved me away. No worries....won't be back. User's recommendation: Stay away from Advance with pooorly trained workers.
