Salad bar

I went to wegmans in manalapan and I noticed the salad bar had utensils laying in the salad.These utensils are probably used by many people.The utensils have the germs on them and are being transferred into the salad because they are laying in the salad. I studied microbiology so I know how germs are transferred. I don't know why you stop having employees make the salad for everyone. It was much better
