I order a nice pair of shoes, from Giuseppe Zanotti, when I received my order 15 days later, I didn't want to believe my eyes, this shoes were used, with scratches on the Hill, dirty on the soles and inside the shoes, not only that they send me the shoes on a different box that does not belong to the shoes. When I call the customer services this was a NIGHTMARE!!!.I spend a all morning they transfer my call from agent to agent the all morning they don't know anything to help you just transfer calls.
