Your District of Columbia 2016 tour book lists the Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival in mid-April with a "gem" rating, and says it "turns six blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue into a giant street party for six hours." It was held on April 16, 2016. This is no longer a "street festival on Pennsylvania Avenue" but a giant $10/ticket carnival in a big field with no shade, no seating, and nothing productive to see - but very difficult to get in and out. Embarrassing to take friends, and a big ripoff. Please correct this in your tour book - it does not deserve a gem rating and is misleading. Please refund $40 ticket cost for me, my husband, and our two friends who spent a hot, tiring, disappointing afternoon attending this disaster.
