I have a cruse booked for nov . the next day after i made my last payment price dropped. If on royal Caribbean they would adjust the price , NOT NORWEGIAN. I emailed my worthless agent assigned to me that has done nothing for me, I filled a claim through customer service twice no response. Now I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours spoke to 6 different people trying to speak to a supervisor. REALLY this is the worst customer service i have ever had and will never sail Norwegian ever again
