Said they couldn’t fix

Called American water resources cause I had a small leak and when they came out they said it was to far under my house for them to fix it it had to be in plain sight so I canceled my account and the neighbor fixed it in 5 minutes by replacing a small piece of my pvc pipeAmerican water resources is a complete waste of time and money User's recommendation: Horrible service.

》 I have placed repeated phone calls to American Water Resources regarding billing for water line and sewer line protection plans that I paid for already. I was placed on hold on 4 different days.
