Picked the car up and all they did was wet it with water hose and still charged $144 dollars. A $2000.00 warranty which had never been used was supposed to be $100.00 deductible per visit did not cover this. I would not suggest buying a Lincoln dealer warranty. This warranty was purchased when we bought the Lincoln. Service manager did not seem to concerned when I refused the $600 dollar diagnostic charge. I still have 20,000 more miles on the warranty. The service manager said he did not know it was a Vista Sunroof. I think that is all MKT Lincolns have. I explained when dropped off it was that kind of sun roof, I guess he knew too much to listen. Very disappointed with the whole extended warranty. They just won't commit to anything about the warranty.
