I also am at less than 30% of my credit balance. One reason being no recently open real estate loan WRONG just purchased in May. I really think I was declined due to hanging up on a rude CSR and discrimination. User's recommendation: Don't believe them when saying its instant. May just get incentives for hitting your credit.
