Years ago I bought two bras from Lane Bryant and the straps stretched out sliding down my arms at all times. I stopped buying huff, then this year I figured it had been enough time and they certainly would have fixed it by now. No! I bought another bra 1 month ago and after I wore it once the straps started sagging again. So freaking disappointing cause these bras aren’t cheap. When I complained to a customer service rep, his suggestion? “Take the bra back WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND EXCHANGE IT” what makes you think I want this again?
