Update by user Mar 07, 2017 Worst customer service experience of my life. I want to warn people, that this site isn't worth buying from. Original review posted by user Mar 06, 2017 Saffire Blue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. An item I ordered was back-ordered, but was in stock when I ordered it, it was supposed to be shipped to when they came back into stock. It never was, I was just issued a refund and told that if I want my backordered item I must purchase it through the site and pay shipping (even though, it was supposed to be sent to me free of shipping since it was backordered, and not my fault). I did receive a 5% off coupon, and apparently that is supposed to make up for the horrible experience? They made no effort to resolve the issue I had, just kept stating their policies over and over again. No matter what you say, they keep repeating the same few sentences over and over again. I should have listened to all the bad reviews I read online, but I apparently had to make my own mistakes. Don't follow in my footsteps!! Don't buy from them, you will just get ripped off!
