An insured safeway driver backed into my classic car in mint condition over a month ago. I call and leave numerous messages and my calls are never returned. They sent me a certified letter offering me 500.00 to settle the whole claim . my car alone will cost more than that to be repaired. Im going to have to take legal action to get them to repair my vehicle and other expenses. And their insured driver was on the phone when she backed into me the police report even states it.
