We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Gallup, New Mexico, April 13, 2021. Room 233 When we walked in the room there was a chirping noise that was going off every thirty seconds. We quickly figured out it was the smoke alarm. I called the front desk and was told it just does that. Well, I took it off the ceiling and there was no battery in the smoke alarm. I disconnected the smoke alarm so we would be able to sleep. 2. The bed closest to the bathroom, metal popped when you sat down. 3. Television was not working. The direct logo screen is all that you could see. 4. There was no sugar, creamer or stir sticks for coffee and tea. 5. The woman working the front desk when we checked in, had no customer service skills.
