During initial installment four years prior, no complaints. However, it didnt take long before the alarm was triggered and either noone would call at all, or took up to 5 minutes to do so. I have evidence of this claim to back this up. Fast forward to four years later, faithfully paying month to month despite very poor service. Because of Atlantic Security's stellar reputation of and service, we decided it was time to move to a company that fit more with our busy lifestyle. This is where things went wrong with Safetouch. Like explaining to a jealous, deranged other you no longer want to be with, the little sheep turned out to be the proverbial wolf instead. Unbeknownst to you, you will be lured into agreeing to a contract of FIVE years, not paying in advance for X amount of months for X amount of years...in addition, when you decide to break up, the once great customer service stops COLD. And it gets better...you are threatened will LEGAL action should you terminate your deceitful contract you were coerced into. Great company during the Honeymoon, deranged ex stalker after the divorce.
