I tried to add a video doorbell to my appointment. The customer service manager told me no. I had to make another appointment however I'm having issues with my equipment throughout the year. Why do I have to keep taking off of work because of faulty equipment. I paid my bill on time. I'm keeping my end of the agreement. I see why this company has all the complaints on Google
