The customer service is deceptively friendly and cooperative- this lures you into the stupid "snapshot" app that misreports bad driving records. This global pandemic has me working remotely... sooooo I BARELY EVEN DRIVE!!!! And the few times I DO drive this dumb thing reports falsities of "reckless" phone use while driving- (when I was using GPS!! ) The WORST part? ANY other insurance company not only offered better protection but at 90% cheaper rate!!! Shame on me for not even comparing I just in blind faith was thinking Progressive would be best! Thanks, FLO! Side note: Their commercials suck too. User's recommendation: go anywhere else for insurance.
