Sad example of customer service

I went to "unfreeze" my account only to be told i owed 80 bucks. When i questioned it, i was then told i owed 5 bucks.. paid it but they could not figure out how to unfreeze my account. I had to leave and come back 2 days later. Then i was told i owed 96 bucks! When i asked for a break down the girl said she couldnt give me one. What???? Only after some persueading did i find out they changed my plan to one that cost 20 bucks more per mo???? I will be using sunstation next month.
