Shipped 20 items with them. more than 1/2 had issues with reclassified or weights. Took hours to prove They were wrong. 1 Shipment was so wrong the representative said he would take care of it. Now the Representative quit and 18 months later they call and say they are sending me to collections. They charge me $450 freight now they want $700 more for something I paid $500 for, they reclassified and item S3 rep gave me the classification number for so how is that my fault!
