I picked up a RX for basaglar that was bagged up together with other meds, so I did NOT notice there was only one INSULIN PEN in the bag for $35.00...normally I get THREE INSULIN PENS for $35.00. The walgreens was closing early so I called and they said the way the DR wrote the RX was why this time i got only ONE PEN...so I called Dr. He fixed RX, but in spite of being told If I keep RX in original packaging I could show them and get the other 2 pens added with no additional cost, they just said I have to pay again. I don't understand why this was unable to be adjusted. Now because I don't have anymore money, I will be short 2 insulin pens.
