RVTL cream

On fb it said a free trial of cream. Yes, I did not read all the terms and conditions. I have been charged 11 Aug £89.00 and on 24 Aug £95.93. Phoned my bank today as I received another pot of cream, only to find I have been charged another £95.00 !!! As I have already reported this, I will be refunded this amount. I cannot contact them as no reply. Can you help me at all?
