Had a old RM GPS and loved it - bought this one and its junk - customer support is terrible - It will loose contact with the satellite - their first response's was to make sure it had a clear few of the whole sky and to make sure it was at least 18 inchs from other electronics - the only way to do that is to hold it out the window at arms length - they have a cheap chip set in this and poor software - it is useless - Garmin here I come.
