Stay away- he's a crook! He installed plumbing at a cost if 4500 and it didn't pass inspection and therefore had to be torn out and redone. Dan wouldn't return phone calls so we had to pay someone else another 5K! He also installed a brand new furnace for 1599 but didn't convert it to propose. Because he installed it wrong it voided warranty and we had to pay 2500 for a new one! He's a very bad person- we are suing him
