we hired rusty by design to auction the items in our vintage store. They picked up 4x 25ft uhaul truck loads and auctioned about a quarter of that amount and claimed that was all of our items. They did no inventory, our items were damaged and destroyed in their auction pics. they put our stuff in lots that brought no money! they wanted us to donate our stuff and when we didnt agree to that they took it! said that was all and they were done! unprofessional, unreasonable, unethical, unorganized, dishonest people! do not waste your time or money!
