I had an appointment with Mark at White City Shepherds Bush, and have never had such a horrific experience in a hair salon. Mark was very rude and unwelcoming, he made me feel very uncomfortable. He also gave me no confidence that he would put effort into cutting my hair well based on our discussion of how I wanted my hair cut and styled. I left the salon before he had a chance to pick up the scissors. I will not be returning.
