I ordered wig on Dec. 6 in anticipation of it arriving by Dec. 11 (my wedding day). There was no mention on the site that the wig had to be custom-made. When I inquired as to whether the wig would be ready in time; I was assured it would be. I just checked again and noticed that although the Fedex label was made; the wig STILL hasn't shipped. The seller's excuse is that the wig is complicated and still being MADE???? I am so unhappy I could cry.
