I have has numerous loans from Suntrust over the years. I have had 1 of my mtge loan for over 22 years recently they tacked on homeowners insurance to my account. I have never missed a payment in 22 years or not paid my taxes or not paid my insurance on this property. They said they evaluated my account and are poof escrowing my homeowners insurance. What a scam Now that they are making no $$ on me bec its mostly principle im paying its funny how they try to find ways to screw you as a consumer. I will never ever do business with Suntrust again I spoke to them and they are dumdums.
