This company has to be the worst rated company I have ever seen, after 2 detailed complaints regarding failed mechanical components for my sofa, it is clear they will NEVER pay for any repairs. My closing mechanism just broke in a once time event, it is specified a one time incident is covered, but they will find anything to say ohh the fault is wear and tear and not covered. It states in the warranty the accidental protection plan covers-Reclining mechanisms. After providing detailed photos of the chair stuck in reclining position due to broken reclining mechanism, pretty cut and dry-RESPONSE-items of coverage for your Upholstered furniture are listed under the heading of Fabric, Leather &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Vinyl only. I am going to file a complaint with the FTC I am out $4500 due to broken pieces and discontinued set. the couch is nearly impossible to use now.
