I've been dealing with this for going on 2 months! XPO delivered the wrong kyack 2 weeks late. Refused to take it back. Got a call a month later saying they have my kyack and would deliver it. The rep ghosted me. Made 2 complaints. The same rep then said it would be delivered today and then 10 minutes before it was supposed to be here the rep messaged me saying the "Team" forgot to load it onto the truck! Called XPO customer service and the lady said she didn't see anything on the system and to contact Amazon. Called a different number and chose home delivery option and got hung up on. User's recommendation: If you want your item 2 months late pick XPO for your delivery needs!
