They are unethical.LIARS... They Consistently find creative ways to not pay medical claims, or they find loop holes within the law to only meet the min benefit Amount of $2500. Horrible manager allow agents to Promote difficult filing strategies in order to detour customers from ever filing a Claim. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls or send explanations about bills being paid to doctors. I had to harass them daily for claim agent to return my calls. Tell you they never received your signed paperwork!
