contacted Gary, a neighbor and agent at Coldwell Banker Legacy in Albuquerque. We wanted pics and a video for the listing. Gary said he couldn't pay for the video (either because we hadn't signed the listing agreement or he couldn't afford to) so I paid $220 to their videographer Mike Vihlstadt (he's about as close to a theif as you can get. After some back and forth with editing I relized Gary is INCOMPETENT so wanted the video to use with another Legacy agent. They still refused to give us the video we paid for inspite of numerous phone conversations and emails produced no results I emailed them threatening to get regulatory agencies involved. At this point Peter Pernagg (owner? of Academy East) emailed and asked me to call. When I did he blurted out that he would Not do business with us end of conversation. So, I try to get a video I paid for and Pernagg terminates the deal. I've been doing business with Coldwell Banker for 25 years and gary Reidel and Peter Pernagg are the worst I've ever encountered.
