My home warranty was Total Protect now it is Cross Country. I have been in *** with Cross Country and Sears since end of August. My dishwasher and clothes washer are still not FIXED!!!!! The deductibles keep going up and the service totally unacceptable!!! It has been the service from Cross Country and Sears that is acceptable to wait over 10-15 days to have a clothes washer or refrigerator repaired! I bet you their personal appliance are always in use - I have spent countless hours on the phone with Cross Country teaching them the facts of my case. They continue to schedule new appointments for washer and dishwasher which are recall service from Sears. So I have to tell new service providers no we do not need your service and in one case they did not even work on my LG appliances. The second company call Total Protect and tell them to fix this. I refused. Last time I was on the phone with Total Protect is was over an hour and I asked to be called back. Totally and completely unacceptable!!! Sears is coming back on Friday supposedly to FINALLY fix clothes washer and dishwasher!!! Pray for us please!!!
