Original review posted by user Nov 13, 2019 I am furious with this dishonest company, The driver scammed me to release the money for gas which did after him begging he was in a jam. The customer service rep. tried to blackmail me by not refunding my money unless I agreed to mutual cancelation so I couldn't post what had happen on feedback. I requested a higher management rep and informed them that I was planning on filing a report with the attorney general's office so they cancel the contract so I could not provide negative feedback. What a coverup. I have never seen such dishonest people in my life.
