We signed a contract with Meritage Homes in September 2017.. after a bad inspection report.. we could not put 300,000.00 into a poorly buildt house. They kept our Ernest money and our design center money. I would not ever even consider doing business with these people. Run.. go to a reputable builder.. it cost me 5800.00.. I read the other reviews and went anyway. Run..
