At my visit , reportedly only to require 10 minutes of my time, to deliver my DL, and SS for identification verification, I would pick up keys to new car and drive away. Well, suddenly Ray reported hurdles that completely reversed the reported done deal by Jorge and finance department. I did walk away from the dealership and promised my review.
