Run Away!!!!

I spoke to a customer service representative at cable vision (optimum) about lowering my monthly bill. After successfully lowering my bill a little another representative to me i can save money on my cell phone bill by paying 20 a month with altice mobil. I signed up but in order for service i needed there sim card which after 5 weeks no sim card. and I received an email of automatic payment for there service, WTF I called cable vision back to tell them i am still a boost mobile customer and refund my money to my account and they said they don't deal with altice mobil , I would have to call there customer service , in which don't exist. Is the mob running cable vision and altice one. I got the service started with cablevision representative but never completed it because of no sim card. Now there is no Phone # to call or anyway to cancel a service I never completed and don't want. A big *** scam. Boost Mobil customer service says my service is still with them. Today i received another bill and now i have to call My MCU in the morning BBB is next
