I was contacted back in Jan 2019 about a job at Chubb insurance. This same recurriter contacted 3 more times about the same position, up until they were desperate and brought me in. I got a job offer on the spot. I have a pending criminal charge from a custody issue. These charges will be dropped and are pending. According to the company yes my charges were recent , but my charges don't involve a breach of trust. After supplying my side of the story with a letter from my lawyer, the on boarding specialist who sounded as if she was on drugs all the time when she called, after me stalking her about if I would be able to work. She was so happy to tell me they were not moving forward with my employment because of a pending charge. That both my lawyer nd the judge said will be dropped.
