Update by user Mar 29, 2020 Okay, so I did ultimately get a refund of the $14.95 VIP Insider unauthorized charge. It was credited in March. To those of you still struggling with this company please be persistent in getting any unauthorized charges reversed. Good luck to you all. Update by user Mar 06, 2020 I received an email from Signals VIP Insider on February 27, 2020 that they were processing a refund. I have not seen it yet. When (and if) I do get a full refund I will update this review to say so. As of now--nothing! Original review posted by user Feb 05, 2020 I placed an order for 3 Christmas gifts: a game, a silver necklace, and a dish towel. I received all three, no problem (although very costly shipping). Imagine my shock when I was charged $14.95 on December 27 for a VIP Insider membership--which was to be a monthly charge--for an annual total of $179.40!!!! I immediately contacted Customer service since I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THAT SCAM. I NEVER received a refund of the $14.95 charge. I was sent--get this--a rebate check of $1.70 which I am returning via certified mail. FYI, their affiliated companies are Acorn, WhatOnEarth, Support Plus, Daedalus, and Bas Bleu.
