Flight Cancellation Insurance Policy for flight to see Elderly Sick Mother who is being cared for at home turn for worst. Cancelled to take earlier flight and they will only cover cost of ticket if I get a form certified by Physicians with Diagnosis and condition at time of travel. Took 4 hrs and 2 days to get nothing... Not using Expedia because of this 3rd party! Says 24/ 7 not true!
