Rumpke missed my trash pick up 3 times. I tried contacting customer service by email, by phone, and tried calling dispatch the morning my most recent trash was missed. No responses at all.

3 times within a couple months trash was not picked up. ( l live in a sub division so not sure how they missed it). I thought it was us doing something wrong so I emailed customer service. I got a response the first two times. The last time no response at all. I am waiting now to hear how they want to pick up the trash can and the recycle can since I am canceling our service.
