Original review posted by user Jul 01, 2020 RH's RentSure program, touted as "The only guaranteed rental system" is a ripoff to begin with but when I decided to rent my credits, I was informed that the "rent" would go towards next year's Annual fee! Not cash payment! This is not what it says in my contract. I am angry! User's recommendation: Stay away from Royal Holiday!
