I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance of my wedding,got first appointment of morning to make sure I was out in time. Was just getting an updo. My stylist wasnt there yet. After 10 mins I asked another stylist to find out what was going on. She called the manager who informed her that my stylist called out sick. They neglected to tell me and also didnt offer another stylist. None of the 3 stylists there would help me. They called another Hair Cuttery to see if someone could help me. There was one close who could do it but the manager said th wait, someone was coming to the store to do my hair. I waited another 47 minutes and no one showed up. I had to leave because of time constraints. So later, I get a text from manager saying sorry for the oversight!!! Really?!?!? My wedding day was an oversight to her. User's recommendation: DONT GO!!!!!
