Ruined my entire day

Waiting all day for hardwire communication to come out and fix our line. We had an appointment between 11 and one today. I decided to call them at 2 o’clock to find out where our technician is, and they told me that the technician called out sick. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. Customer service is terrible. The service itself is terrible. Rushing with our board to find out if we can change our service back to waiting all day for hardwire communication to come out and fix our line. I am going to have a conversation with our board to find out if we can change our service back to camp comcast.
