Long story short. They did not stay on top of keeping an eye on the points system for my PR in Canada. They did not apply after I was invited as my points were enough for a given month. Anyone who is aware of the Canadian PR system realises the points go up and down each month and once you reach the cut you are invited to apply. Visasimply did not apply even though they/I was invited. They received the email not me and I believed they were acting on it. They didn't and the next month the points were raised and I did not meet the quota and haven't since. After then asking for a refund they refused, they said they had put enough hours in to justify keeping 4000 dollars on me. This is shocking considering I never even got to the stage of applying after invitation for Canadian PR. Please everybody do not use this service. You can coordinate with government agencies far better and cheaper.
