OK SO I HAD FLOWERS SENT TO MY MOTHER FOR HER BIRTHDAY, THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE TILL SHE WAS IN BED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT OR WHOEVER HE WAS, JAMES WHO ANSWERED MY CALL STATED THAT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO COME BACK TO WAREHOUSE AFTER 5.P.M TO ENTER DELIVERY...
