I paid my loan off early tried to find out how much I over paid because I sent the full loan amount after making multiple payments. The Manager was condescending and rude and told me their system can’t tell them that when a loan is closed and they aren’t issuing any refunds. They don’t try to help their customers in any way shape or form. Very shady not impressed.
