8/8/18 - Brought bk an on sale coat to return. Had issues at cashier in July 2018 on no return policy mentioned which I had to ask about (b4 paying) Cashier said it is NOT returnable, yet a prior floor assoc. said it was. Complained to mgr in July who gave 30 days & wrote on rcpt. I decided to return it (cheap looking & not as well made as another Kors style) 8-8-18 brought it back & treated with disdain by (asst) mgr Michael, who was demeaning tone, kept asking "what?", had blank look as to the mgr who gave 30 days to return. Repeated myself 3x & finally said he was a jerk! (the truth)HE refused to refund & huffed away. Kept saying to never come back. Did not want to hear a customer's pt of viw. MKors must train their ple to be searing rude & arrogant to customer (fools), vague or do not tell policies even when customer asks. All act like 12 yr olds who know nothing. Will retrn the 5 other MKors items purchased at reg.store & Macys. Never again.
