Rude / Untimely

Placed our order 9/14/17. Price was higher than sticker on the model. Was told 4 weeks delivery. Today is 10/30 - not delivered yet. Called, Courtney answered for MA - very rude. She should not be helping customers with her attitude. Want to find an owners name or a manager to speak with. Her approach to “helping” a customer is unacceptable.
